Partnering with the MOO Brand's Creative team, I was tasked with converting 30 Business Card designs into 60 customizable templates that customers could use to tailor to their own brand.
These 60 templates were the first to be added to the site in over four years! Therefore, the process needed extensive changes and troubleshooting due to back-end changes over that time.
This large task involved:
- Proofing designs from the creative team
- Making changes to ensure compatibility with the editing platform
- Creating alternate sizes for each of the 30 designs
- Learning, optimizing, and documenting the process
- Assembling a team of Production Artists to complete the request on time
- Training the team on the process
- Communicating with key stakeholders and team on progress, roadblocks, and deadlines
Overall, we met the deadline with time to spare and the new designs have brought a refreshed look to the site. While it was a cross-functional effort, my involvement allowed the designs to quickly get added to the site while also building out a scalable process for future marketing initiatives.
